Helping retirement plan participants reach new heights
The San Francisco Deferred Compensation Plan needed to promote a series of seminars that would allow all city airport employees to have questions answered concerning their retirement in a face-to-face forum.
The design campaign referenced the iconic look and feel that was reminiscent of air travel from the 1960's in hope to recast the idea of retirement as planning for a future adventure. The posters were placed in high-traffic areas throughout the SFO workplace. Following the campaign there was a 15% increase in enrollment, proving that even with a very small budget, this targeted approach delivered strong results.
