The Weather Channel DirecTV Dispute
When DirecTV was planning to drop The Weather Channel from its line up, TWC needed a wide-reaching digital campaign to call their fans to action and get DirecTV to keep TWC. The campaign included an interactive website encouraging fans of TWC to call DirecTV and contact their member of Congress. The site aggregated social media posts using #stormDIRECTV, provided shareable images & facts about the channel and included a Storm Map that grew in intensity with additional site visits & social media posts.
