During this class we learned about the business side of the interior design. For the first project we had to create our own business. This included deciding on what type of business formation we would have, how many employees we would hire, and what specific services are offered. We had to figure out where our income would come from and do a break even anlysis so that our business would make a profit.
The second project was a budget plan. In this we had a client that needed to remodel thier master bathroom. For this project we had a limited budget we had to work with. I had to come up with a letter of agreement for the client and provide a line item budget.
