As part of my internship in the Digital Transformation team at the Department of Internal Affairs, I helped design the attendee experience for the Assisted Digital Tradeshow, including the collateral and space layout of the event. The Tradeshow consisted of presentations and stalls from private and public sectors, and was attended by more than 100 people across government. The purpose of the day was to: 'connect with others working on related initiatives, share ideas and learning on helping customers to use, shift to and stay in digital channels and better coordinate our efforts.'
