VERTIGO – The Perception of Motion

Vertigo is a movie directed and produced by Alfred Hitchcock in 1958. Vertigo – The Perception of Motion is a book depicting the condition of vertigo.
 
Choosing the scenes, where the two main characters were exposed to important emotional or physical situations and where these lead to a motion, I collected photographic material for rebuilding the state of vertigo and it's dimensions. Every scene, "shot" from another point of view inside of a spinning room, is accompanied by a short part of the script in the way to match and intensify the reproduced atmosphere.  
 
As Scottie stares at her, their eyes meet for a moment.
Scottie anxiously looking ahead, fearing he might miss her.
Don’t leave me... stay with me... All the time.
If you loose me, you’ll know that I loved you -- there’s no bringing her back.
