This collateral piece was created to solve a reoccurring problem. When sales reps were going to smaller conventions that were specifically geared to doctors and dentists they had little interaction time with them. They needed a handout that was self-explanatory and showed them that retail shopping center space was a valuable option for their practice because of location. The sales reps requested that they be able to attach their cards and marketing fliers for specific properties. I decided it would be nice to make it a self-contained package rather than a bunch of papers clipped together. The thoughtfully placed slits allowed for the placement of the fliers and cards without interfering in the content and the aerial map underneath the fliers indicates where those properties are located. Using 11 x 17 cardstock in landscape position for the cover allowed me to print this in-house so the package could be changed depending on which properties were being presented and made it budget worthy.
