KIND Snacks Ad Campaign

Creative Brief: KIND Snacks
 
Target Audience: The target audience for KIND bars are women ages 30 to 50 years old who are married and have children. They are middle to upper class, college educated, and employed. They enjoy being active, spending time with their family and taking care of them, and are often busy outside of their job because they are involved with other activities for their family. They value the idea of healthy eating and taking care of their own and their family’s health. They are kind to themselves, others in their life, and to the world.
 
Why KIND is Advertising: KIND currently doesn’t advertise very much. They are interactive with their customers through social media and their website, but any other type of advertising hardly exists. The target audience doesn’t know enough about the product to want to choose it over the competition.
 
What Target Audience Currently Thinks About KIND: The target audience currently thinks that the bars are just another all-natural granola bar, they are aware of the all-natural, good to eat ingredients, but they don’t know much as to what to expect to taste or when they should eat it. They are unsure if it is meant to be snack or if it is an after or before exercise food, and are also unsure who is meant to eat it.
 
What Target Audience Will Think After Seeing Advertising: After seeing the advertising, the target audience will know that KIND bars are the perfect snack anytime, anywhere, and for their specific values and lifestyle. They will be reassured how important it is to eat healthy snacks and how easy KIND bars make that to do.
 
Why They Will Believe It: The target audience will believe the advertising because it will appeal specifically to them and their lifestyle, showing how easily they can fit the great benefit of KIND bars into their diet to support their health consciousness despite how busy they are.
 
Advertising will convince busy family oriented, health conscious women ages 30 to 50 years old that KIND Bars will provide a quick, healthy, all-natural snack with nutritional benefits.
