Everyone loves receiving praise; however, arrogance sometimes gets the better of us. I have experienced brief flares of arrogance, believing I can always acheive the same results with the same effort. Unsurprisingly, results dwindled and I learned that there a no shortcuts for anything. arrogance leads to downfall.
