“Dreamotions” is an exploration of my research question, “What us the emotional content of my dreams?” To answer this I looked back on past dreams and started recording in a journal the emotions I felt. I began my exploration with a recurrent nightmare that I have had throughout my life.
Through the use of fabric, movement, colour and light I developed a symbolic system to express emotions related to my dreams.
