I entered the Tapirulan Illustrators Contest 2015. The theme for this years competition was 'X'.

This could be interperated in how ever way I chose to. 

 

I chose to create a piece on 'X is the Unknown'. 

 

The stairways show the different paths that the person could take, with the feeling that the route that he could take is unknown.  The collaged background create a new layer of comfusion and uncertainty to the piece.
