[Sunnyside Park : Semarang Business Incubator and Commercial Space Center | Architecture Final Project]
Semarang City, there are several problems related to the economy, society and environment. To address these issues, the author proposes a building that can provide a solution for all three. With the advancement of technology and changing times, Semarang has seen a rise in new business owners through MSMEs, who are expanding into various fields. This has brought about numerous benefits for both the owners and the general public. Business owners can earn profits, while others can secure new employment opportunities.
The concept behind the planning and design of the Business Incubator and Commercial Space Center is Sustainable Architecture. This means creating architecture in harmony with the environment, utilizing natural resources optimally, and increasing awareness regarding the environment.
The building aims to provide a platform for new businesses in Semarang to develop a product that improves economic quality and branding for the city. Several fields, such as food and beverages, lifestyle, fashion, crafts, and toys, can be utilized to create superior products in each business.
