Introducing HAY's newest Barro collection in cooperation with Home of Solinfo, we've invited influencers to an ALFRESCO Brunch experience. We discovered tablescaping together and practiced napkin folding techniques. 

Welcome menu was:

Cold brew genmaicha

Asparagus-feta frittata

Vegan labneh with crudités

Homemade buckwheat granola, coconut yoghurt, blueberrries, matcha

Menu we prepared together with guests:

Flavoured butter with edible flowers and herbs

Green pea, edamame, strawberry salad with citrusy elderflower dressing

Smorrebrod - pink beetroot hummus, marinated vegetable ribbons

Pavlova with roasted vanilla rhubarb and whipped cream
