House #8 is located on a side street Yurievsky, located in the administrative district of Moscowskui of Kharkiv. Building #8 is one-storey house built before the Revolution, in 1909. In the plan the building is G-shaped, the long side of the facade is located along the red line of the alley Yuriev.

 Also located on site homeownership #8 placed outbuilding (Terem), built on the site karetnitsy and barn. Over a hundred years in the house were made partly redevelopment of premises of an apartment house, and in 2003 it was reconstructed the main facade of the building and was made working draft on strengthening the foundation of the brick wall of the building.
