Apollonion is a restaurant located in Eretria, Greece. The restaurant's new logo is made with a custom typeface to reflect accurately the character of the company. The minimal, yet sophisticated aesthetic is used to showcase the philosophy behind greek cuisine. Which is based on fresh, high quality ingredients and of course simplicity. Elegance is key to the branding and it is succeded through thin and delicate typography, with a strong sense of harmony. The round letters are intentionally perfect circles to give the impression of a plate or a round dining table. 

Lemons are an important seasoning agent in greek cuisine because the citrus notes pair well with a wide variety of dishes. And more importantly they are a must when it comes to fresh fish.
