Bravo's about to glow up. The whole recognition platform has been bespokely rebuilt to make it bigger, bolder and broader. Bravo’s new mission: is to help
our people feel more connected to where they work, and who they work with, a platform
for celebrating each other with props, and connecting and understanding our peeps. Imagine if Qantas points, MySpace and Linkedln had a baby!

Bravo is an internal application for the employees within BMF. Bravo was created in 2019, for the purpose to congratulate, appreciate and give light to another employee recognition for a great job whether that'd be from working on the same project,
an easy handover or just giving one another a job well done! 

REFLECT:
Reflect on, and audit, our current cultural state, cultural IQ, diversity DNA, and diversity and inclusion policies, to identify areas for improvement.

ACTION:
Outline priority recommendations, brainstorm Project R.A.D initiatives, and develop a R.A.D action plan.

DRIVE:
Implement new ways of working and R.A.D initiatives. Ultimately, empowering everyone in the business to drive our culture.
