OMD contacted us with a brief to style and brand their seminar at the Cannes Lions awards on the development of mobile apps. Armed with just the title 'The Mobile Apportunity' we got to work. With such a pun orientated name it needed something equally fun and abstract. After some thought we had the idea of a mobile phone superhero, created a rough sketch and sent it over. While awaiting feedback the fear was high since this was the only strong idea we had. Luckily the response was positive and OMD gave us the freedom to run with it which led to the production of postcards, banners, posters and an emailer. (Awaiting shots from Cannes of banners).
