I designed, wrote and edited my own hockey blog for a few months, oddmanrush.ca. While I no longer actively post, the experienced I gained both in writing and working with Wordpress was invaluable.
It also allowed me to gain experience working with Google AdWords, Adsense as well as a third party sports ad server/content network, Yarbarker.com.
Now, I contribute to Fansided.com as well as TooManyMenOnTheSite.com as a staff and features writer.
