This three story new construction was designed for a famous injury lawyer in Indiana.  The beautiful lobby can be seen from all floors through the large windows that frame out the special video focal wall. 

Looking into the lobby you can see the beautiful Global Furniture Group Citi Square lounge chairs and tables in a rich forest green.  The brass and espresso finishes create an elegant aesthetic that coordinate well in the new space.  We also used Global Furniture Group Loover task chairs for the custom reception desk, which the client loved for comfort and aesthetics.  

Moving up to the second floor, the lounge and reception area consists of Global Furniture Group Wind Lounge chairs and tables in a light ivory color with black legs.  

The lounge area below creates an elegant conversational lounge area in the hallway with the Wind and ML chairs from Global Furniture Group.  Placed near the large windows, the videowall of the aquarium creates a stunning backdrop.

The breakroom is the same on the second and third floor, creating continuity between the two floors.  The pop of red on the chairs creates a fun environment for the employees.  The furniture shown is Global Furniture Group Swap Tables and Duet chairs, which are a perfect fit for the space. 

The offices spaces on the second floor were for separate tenants, so we used a simple color scheme that still coordinated well with the third floor and the rest of the building.  We used Global Furniture Group Zira desking with a loop leg and low credenzas to create an open feel.  The low credenzas are perfect for printers as these offices are being rented out and would fill that need for the tenant. The offices also contain wardrobe units to be able to store personal belongings, files, and even coats and sweaters so it is hidden away and doesn't interfere with the clean look of the desk setup.  The chairs used were the Global Loovers and Lite chairs for the guest chairs. 

The same concept flowed throughout the L shape and U shape offices.  The larger offices had round tables for small meetings, which we used the Global Kadin Tables with a sleek knife edge.  The client loved the light, modern feel of the offices.  

We continued the same theme in the small conference rooms with the round Global Kadin tables as well in the same finishes and knife edge.  The chairs used here were the Global Accords which are very comfortable and give the space a polished appearance.  The cinnamon color of the chairs along with the Noce Biondo finish on the table creates a warm and comfortable environment for meetings any time of the day. 

The tables in the larger two conference rooms were furnished with the stunning Zira conference tables from Global with a Bicut edge and sufficient amount of power in the table for large meetings.  We used a simple Princeton table underneath the monitor for coffee or beverages as needed by any of the tenants.  

The third floor we designed to be more substantial in the finishes and options since it was to be the floor for the lawyers.  We used deeper tones and mostly brass finishes.  In the lounge area here we used the Global Citi Square chairs and table with brass legs.  The chairs by the large windows also received the Global Swap laptop tables with inset bases to easily pull up to the chair and work.  This lounge area provided a comfortable collaborative work area with the calm view of the fish seen through the windows which can be very helpful during stressful work days. 

For the open office, the client still wanted to have privacy, so we created sophisticated cubicles equipped with overhead storage and a storage combo wardrobe to keep their station tidy.  In continuity with the rest of the offices, the cubes as well were provided with patented glass chair mats with a special beveled edge to easily roll on and off with ease.  They hold over 1000 pounds and are much more efficient than the cheaper plastic ones. 

The cubicles had a short dividing wall to separate each section of two stations, so it still allows for some privacy as well as communication.  The insides of the cubes received the deep brown fabric while the outsides by the storage cabinets received the lighter tan color to give it a nice contrast and balance with the design.  The brass handles were consistent throughout the cubes as well and add a nice flare. The cabinets are a perfect working height when standing so workers can come up and sort through paperwork with ease when needed. 

For the cubicles we used Evolve Furniture Group in their Compile series as well as the Global Zira wardrobes.  We did a more substantial top on the storage with a bicut edge and used the Noce Leggero finish along with the Dark Espresso as a contrast.  The task chairs for the cubes were the highly sought-after Herman Miller Aeron chair which is the top of the line chair in the office industry.  

One of the two top executive offices was surrounded by all glass walls which displays the beautiful JSI wood veneer desk. Right outside the office is a small waiting area with two of the Global Citi Square lounge chairs in a dual fabric and brass legs as well as one of the Citi Square tables in the center.  To the right is a small conference room with a beautiful Halcon Mesa table with integrated technology and storage drawers.  It is surrounded by OFS Brands Pur chairs with a beautiful brass finish and cinnamon finish.  This is definitely a focal point of the space and it turned out very beautiful, rich, and elegant.  

The JSI Vision desk is a wood veneer desk in a dual veneer finish as requested by the client.  The wall mounted open shelf unit and the long angled handles and clean straight lines give it a modern flare.  There is ample storage, and a wardrobe unit for personal items.  The combination of the espresso and golden flax colors give it a warm appearance and coordinate well with the other finishes in the space.  

The Halcon Mesa conference tables were definitely the focal point of the whole project.  It features a beautiful modern brass base, a custom quartz top, and hidden drawers and power on the subtop.  It is surrounded by the sleek OFS Brands Pur chairs that match the other conference rooms for congruency. 

For the other private offices, we designed them with the Global Zira desk series in the same two-tone finishes with a bicut edge and thicker tops for a more substantial look.  The brass finishes and Loover chairs continued in these spaces as well.

Some of the offices were slightly different, while keeping the same style.  Several had encased sit stands which hide the sit stand base legs so it creates a more finished and less mechanical aesthetic.  The offices that needed guest chairs also received the beautiful Global Island chairs which feature a fully upholstered seat and back and tapered legs, adding to the elegance of the design. 

Each office was fitted with the right amount of storage to each person.  In this case, this office needed slightly more options than the others.  We designed it with a smaller wardrobe and bookcase with doors, open shelving for displaying awards, achievements, and personal decor, an L shape desk that met with the column and a credenza coming off of the other side of the column to give it a U shape look, but also be able to function as needed, while being placed in the desired orientation with a view to the outside and to the entry door.  We added some extra side storage, a round meeting table and a high top cabinet and shelving unit for large documents.  

The storage unit it from the same series, custom made for our client with a Global Factor barstool chair with coordinating finishes. 

For this executive office we used Global Zira as well in a similar style to the two JSI executive desks, featuring a wardrobe combo, open shelving, a large front desk, and a sit stand on the bridge.  We also designed a small lounge area using the Global Citi Square series and a Ghent glassboard across from the lounge.  

In this small meeting room we used the Global Swap Table with brass base and OFS Brands Pur chairs. 

Lastly, we provided a Global Zira serving cart that can be used in any of the conference rooms to serve coffee and snacks to their clients.
