CRAFT-O-PEDIA

 

Craftistas is a $24 monthly subscription service to craft kits, that contain all of the materials and instructions  necessary to create a unique craft (ranging from fashion accessories to home decor).

 

By analyzing the company's main competitors we were able to offer resources that they were lacking. This is includes unique, hard-to-find materials/ingredients and Craft-o-pedia, an informative resource for both beginner and experienced crafters. Crafters can ask any questions they have about crafting, or browse to discover new inspiration and Craft-o-pedia will provide them with direction.

 

Each type of craft (such as paper craft) was subcategorized by techniques crafters could learn, what materials would typically be used and a brief description of the craft. The database stores all of the information that will then be translated into a main attraction on the Craftistas website.
