Finding and accepting my identity is sometimes hard work.
Some identities are not so hard to accept,
while others are - especially when it’s one that’s not accepted by society.
So, it usually takes a few stages to accept this, which can be represented as
realizing, getting confused (including denial), and acceptance.

This film is about the steps that are taken toward acceptance.
The three phases mentioned above are shown by the color of wardrobe and makeup.
During the first phase, he dresses in achromatic-colored clothes.
Watching self-reflective figures through mirrors, he realizes his identity.
The second phase features his wardrobe changing to a yellow dress,
but his makeup looks unfinished.
He sings and dances, but by smashing the mirror and being restrained by ropes,
he seems to be confused.
During the bridge, he starts to metamorphose into this true self, until finally,
he performs as a complete entity, which is represented by the color red.
