Thermoforming Mold Repair
This Thermoforming mold was damaged on the corner. I welded the damaged area to fill it in and after it was filled in it was re-machined to original specifications, thus saving a very expensive mold. The repaired area was then polished to prevent and defects from transfering to the part.
