Concept Retail Store- "Vida"

This concept store was inspired by Costa Rica and is set in the year, 2025. It is known as "Vida", which means life. Above is a mock-up of the in-store visual of "Vida". The store would be hypothetically located in Brookhaven in Atlanta, GA. It would be a retreat for men, women and families to go and seek a spa day, luxury apparel unique to the store, furniture and fresh juices. There will be a limited amount of merchadise due to providing esclusivity for the consumer. The store would be a modern store with flowing streams throughout.
The floor plan for "Vida" includes two stories. You will see in the floorplan a route that consumers will take when they enter the geometric-shaped floor.
The mood board/inspiration board displays images that inspire and create the ambience for "Vida". The store is inspired by Costa Rica, which is shown in many of the pictures. Glass and windows are a couple of the materials we will be using in-store to create a very modern and open, yet retreat feel for the consumer. The color palette includes Pantone colors that will be used in our store.
The lighting forecast board displays images that inspire the lighting for "Vida". There is natural light incorporated in the mix of images.
The "Vida" materials board displays many of the materials that will be included in the concept store. Included in the mix of images are stone flooring, branches, waterfall/water, glass, chiffon, and live ivy.
The "Vida" event props board includes images of props that we will include for our first event at "Vida". The event will be created to give a full day full of quiet adventure for singles, families, couples, etc. Customers can indulge in a creation that combines natures' elements with heightened modern technology. The event consists of opening "Vida" with a fresh market outside for customers to taste our products. Due to "Vida" sitting on a lake, water coasters and modern bumper boats will be an attraction for customers to come and remember our concept store. Being healthy is fun!
The window for the concept store will be a window display for the launch of the event. The window is minimalistic and includes water shooting up, and as the water is shooting up, tropical flowers are floating in the water pressure. Behind the waterfall are two mannequins with "Vida's" apparel. There is glass on both sides of the window, as well as our tagline, "Feel the magic of the rainforest". The window display causes customers to be intrigued and look into the window at the apparel.
