Reducing Healthcare Inequities for Black Women with Breast Cancer
People of color continue to be underrepresented in global clinical trials. Pfizer partnered with Tigerlily Foundation for an initiative that aims to hold organizations accountable for taking specific actions to eliminate disparities for black women living with breast cancer.
Idea Rocket approached me to work on this project with them. They worked on the production, direction, the script and the animation. My role involved creating the storyboard, styleframes, as well as some frame-by-frame animations.

Color Palette
When selecting the color palette, I took inspiration from the logos of both organizations, as well as from different skin tones. This allowed us to evoke the identities of both brands equally, while also creating a sense of unity and harmony between them.
Styleframes
Our aim with the styleframes was to strike a balance between portraying a serious medical image and a friendly one, as the theme was difficult. We wanted to create a visual style that would evoke a sense of trust and professionalism, while at the same time being approachable and relatable. To achieve this, we carefully chose the color palette, lettering, and illustrations to convey the right message.
