Brief
Seeberger’s social media channels lacked engagement with their community. On top of that, with the latest brand strategy roll out, the company would like to target a younger audience, whose language the channel was not speaking.
With this goal in mind, a new social media strategy made out these pillars was developed: fun facts about snacks, moments the community can identify with, products on the spotlight and CSR. All these through a fresher language and with focus on creating interaction. Under this umbrella, the new content of the channel has kicked off in 2023 through periodic posts, stories and reels.
