This illustration i did to participate in the MY TIGER VALUES art competition 2022 by Maybank Malaysia and I have been selected as a finalist.
Tigers are the most strong and significant predators to maintain a balanced food web in the forest and entire ecosystem. Without tigers, the whole ecosystem equilibrium will collapse through the overconsumption of vegetation by herbivore animals, which directly affects the human living. Therefore, securing tigers can help to maintain the right balance of animals in the forest.
In my illustration, I tried to represent the tiger creating a balance in the ecosystem to protect planet health for a green planet, where humans can live safely. In the illustration, Tiger holds the house and protects it inside the forest to symbolize the concept that tigers play a vital role in protecting nature.
