This project involved creating UI elements for Java based Yahoo messenger for mobile phones. My role in this project was to supervise the successful implementation of the UI and visual elements like emoticons, avatars and the complete visual theme as per the Yahoo brand guidelines. The job involved working closely with the programmers and a team of graphic designers to create parallel versions of the application for different screen resolutions across various brands.
The product launch for different mobile phone carriers was also handled by me. This involved creating customized and co branded communication material, graphics for stage design and various promotional activities. A animated demo showcasing the highlights of the product was also created by me for the web and was also run at product launches and promotional events.
