Program containing student's abstracts, schedule of events, and departmental information.
Save The Dates were sent out 7 months prior to the event date.
T-shirts were screen printed by VGKids in Ypsilanti and provided for all the student participants.
Website was made and launched several months prior to the event date allowing students to submit
their abstracts and various project materials, audiences to view the projected schedule of events,
