Second project from my second year: a live, trend focused brief, working for Sophie Steller in accordance with SPINEXPO. This was a collaborative project involving students from other specialisms in Textiles, in my case, a printer. The theme we were given was 'Breaking the Boundaries of... Communication' with a tonal colour palette, and eco yarns provided by the exhibitors. The idea was to show off these yarns, and keep in mind the season of S/S 2015.

I decided to explore the idea of 'Networks', interpreting communication in the physical sense. Keywords that inspired me were: interaction, intertwining, engaging > lace, nets, grids, chains. These qualities have been expressed through my sketchbook work below.
