Positioning, identity and website for Blue Field Agency

The state of brands
Driven by data

Blue Field Agency is a marketing agency that builds strong brands together with a team of specialists. Driven by data. They strive to push boundaries, invent and create. Using a holistic approach and smart technology to take brands to the next level. Recently it was time for a new positioning and brand identity, fitting to the brand they had become. Together with a small team we worked hard to realize this identity.

The State of brands
With insight from data, we accurately determine the ‘state’ of brand we work with. Using Blue Ocean Strategy we determine the ideal place for a brand in their (often) saturated market. This means really zooming in on the target audiences to understand what makes them tick.

This principle formed the very basis of the visual concept for Blue Field Agency. We used a grid version of the golden ratio guidelines to be able to design layouts with beautiful proportions and rhythm.

Layers, layers, layers
When applying the new identity into various types of media we found that layering works really well to build little stories, combining imagery and various layers of types in a playful hierarchy.

A strong digital brand
The process of developing the identity went hand in hand with the development of the website. These processes reinforced each other enormously, also on a visual level. This eventually led to a new strong identity, both off- and online.

More to come
The new identity is just rolling out. At the moment we're working on several brand assets and campaigns. Keep you posted!
