Aesthetics from Africa
We believed that our world of beauty witnessed the diversity of aesthetics. However, in a long period, beauty and fashion were seen through a Eurocentric lens. Currently, fashion and beauty from other cultures such as Africa and Asian were heavily undervalued in fashion industry. By well choosing and conceiving the project, we tried to present our understanding on the aesthetics from Africa on the set of photos published in April Issue of L’Officiel India, 2022.
