Costume Design for a Tribute Performance

The project idea was to choose two artists, being one alive and the other someone who has already passed away.
After choosing both singers, a tribute performance had to be created, taking into account where and when it would happen.
In this case, Harry Styles will be paying tribute to David Bowie at the BRIT AWARDS, singing his latest hit "As It Was" and "Starman" with Bowie's hologram.

For Harry, the costume has more rounded lines, tailoring elements, and a sequin jumpsuit for light reflection. The idea is for him to perform "As It Was" by himself with the overcoat on top of the jumpsuit, and when he performs with the hologram, wear only the sequin jumpsuit that is something very Bowie like, and will help the performance feel like it's in another planet.
For Bowie, more pointy lines were used, making him look like a person from another planet, which is also the idea of his famous character, Ziggy Stardust. His outfit is also very reflective since it is made of vinil. The styling also took into account the idea of genderless makeup and outfit that Bowie was a huge fan of. The fur on the sleeves is also an element he used to like, and something that was linked to Harry's overcoat feathers.
