I took a walk around Seattle visiting several parks on what looks to be one of the last sunny days for a while. I started off at Kerry Park where Mt Rainier actually showed her face, which hardly ever happens in the winter for all the clouds. Then I headed up through Queen Anne to Discovery Park where I found a silo and some abandoned-looking gates. The Ballard locks empties into this area and so I followed the water up to Ballard and found a pocket of graffiti and the old rusted-out bridge. My favorite shots in this series are the rainier closeup, b&w bridge shot and panoramic.
