The whale shark (Rhincodon typus) is the largest fish in the world.
According to Inspire Runner page, one of the reasons for the decline in whale shark numbers is from overfishing. Although the Whale sharks themselves are not the main target, they are often caught in fishing gear and their fins are large and well priced.
The purpose of this poster is to give a brief information on whale shark as well as raise an awareness on conservation to Thai people especially for younger generation.
