Jiming Temple (1 May)
Jiming Temple is located on Jilong Mountain, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City. It was built in the Western Jin Dynasty in China and has a history of 1,700 years. The tragic Nanjing Massacre is the darkest page in the history of modern civilization."
Shixiang Street (22 May)
Shixiang Street is located in the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum Scenic Area in Zhongshan Scenic Area, Nanjing. It is 615 meters long and is the first section of the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum. Along the way, six kinds of stone beasts are arranged in sequence, namely stone lion, Xiezhi, camel, stone elephant, unicorn, and stone horse. It is one of the largest imperial mausoleums in China. The Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum has experienced more than 600 years of vicissitudes, and the wooden structures of many buildings have long since disappeared, but the layout of the mausoleum still retains its original grand style. As the head of the imperial mausoleums of Ming and Qing Dynasties in China, the Xiaoling Mausoleum of Ming Dynasty represents the highest achievement of architecture and stone carving art in the early Ming Dynasty.
