This store opened in Kharkiv on February 17, 2022, just before the Russian military invasion of Ukraine. So, I didn't have time even to make a quality photo shoot, as planned, and I'm posting now what I have.
In order to offer the widest range of fruits and vegetables all year round - there was also an intention to supply exotic products to restaurants - it was necessary, first of all, to provide the required temperature of various shop windows for sale and storage facilities. Therefore, the entire lower floor (basement) is allocated for warehouses of different temperatures, portable cold equipment and so on. Two elevators connect the lower floor with the economic part of the upper one - it is also thought out to the smallest detail, because the store shelves should always be filled with the freshest goods.
Finally, the trading floor is the tip of the iceberg and the icing on the cake. It is clear that the ceiling has so many pipelines, varying in size pipes, tubes and outlets, that to arrange them, organizing the beauty and proper lighting, was not easy. However, you can already evaluate the design yourself.
