Client: Naagin Hot Sauces is the first truly Indian Hot Sauce. Their mission is to represent India’s rich spice culture on kitchen shelves and dining tables worldwide. Unlike other sauces, we they use purees and high fructose corn syrup or give you a glorified vinegar-chilli water. Naagin Indian Hot Sauces were painstakingly created to give you a versatile, high quality, unique product made for the Indian palate.
Their visual language includes heavy Indian references and bold colours with Indian poster-paint resembling illustrations. They're unapologetically witty and trendy.
Brief: To create three packaging labels, and respective illustrations for new product launches in their category "Indian Spice Essentials" - namely Crispy Chilli Oil, Fire Flakes and Pumpkin Spice.
All illustrations were created in a similar poster paint appeal like the existing ones, and all drawn digitally on procreate. The concepts all relate to items/animals found in the region where the ingredients are found.
