Eternal Forest was a multi-disciplinary show produced by Electric Nomad Dance Studio in 2017. The production was crowdfunded by the community which resulted in a weekend event at Dogtown Dance Theater in Richmond, VA.

The narrative of Eternal Forest was a remedy for our times, a reminder that working together is essential to the human experience, and reflects the symbiotic relationship of nature as a metaphor for communities within the world. Electric Nomad felt strongly that creating this kind of art was wonderful practice for how we can navigate more compassionately in the world.

Eternal Forest was a woman-led show that included diverse genders, ages, sizes, and ethnicities in its cast. It was deeply important that what was seen on stage was a reflection of the real world.

I worked closely with the studio owner, Twila Jane to create the logo and collaborated with photographer, Kevin Murphy, to design print and digital visuals that invoked the feeling of the production.
