ECOKAARI
EcoKaari is a social venture that arose from the team's strong desire to build a society where bottom-up development is the key to achieving a higher quality of life for all beings in a sustainable manner.

'Eco' stands for environmentally friendly, and 'Kaari' stands for Kaarigar (Artisan). The interaction between the artisans and the environment is symbolised by our name. They are both intertwined and reliant on one another. The environment has long inspired India's handicraft tradition, and Mother Earth has always been an important aspect of our life. Many millennia ago, our traditional craft practises believed in upcycling, material optimization, and waste minimization.

EcoKaari uses Charkha and Handloom to upcycle waste plastic into beautiful handwoven garments. These materials are handcrafted by women and young people from low-income families. By combining traditional Indian crafts with their upcycled-handcrafted textiles and contemporary patterns, they hope to develop and present sustainable alternatives.

The biggest issue faced by EcoKaari is a lack of brand awareness and large-scale advertising to reach their target audience. People aren't aware of the advantages of using their own brand's items. As a result, brand awareness is required.

Furthermore, because this is an Indian brand, an increase in sales will undoubtedly enhance the income of the artisans who create and design the products. The artisans who work in this organization belong to a lower income group. Thus, helping the unfortunate people become self-reliant and independent.

The solution to the aforesaid dilemma is to set up as many retail stores as possible in malls across India in order to reach a big number of consumers. Brand awareness can be achieved by displaying products and offering information to the public about how the products are made. Also, create awareness about plastic pollution causing climate change.
