An zine about the Layers of the Earth for children
This project was a very interesting yet unexplored category of publication that I got to work on during my Publication Design course. It required an A4 or A3 size zine on any topic. A zine is a small-sized publication made to communicate information of any kind in a concise manner. An A4 size zine would be an 8 fold, 4 spread document. It is cut and folded in a particular way so that it can be flipped and read with ease.
As the title suggests, this is an attempt at creating educational material that children can learn from, in a simple and exciting way. The target audience is children between the age of 8 and 10. The typeface used was chosen keeping in mind the accessibility and readability of this age group.
