Online/offline integrated fashion shopping experience
 
In the current retail panorama, shoppers rarely experience the benefits of both worlds inside the physical store. Therefore, this practice based dissertation explores the effective integration of the online world with the physical through technology in one holistic shopping experience in the fashion store.
Conceived as a place where the online meets the offline world, connected customers will find a vibrant ambiance full of fashion inspiring elements enabling them to find and create their own style.
To aid the consumers navigate through the store, a store map is available to check at any technology touchpoint. Shoppers can download it using their mobile phones and customize it according to their preferences.
The spatial environment is the stage where natural materials and colourful displays provide a stimulating setting for a unique shopping experience.
Accessories area
Installations lamp inspired in product accessories to strengthen the visual aspect of the store. This aspect helps connect with consumers in a deeper and emotional way.
Mannequins always offer fashion ideas and inspiration.
Taking advantage of this aspect, to better inform their consumers’ intentions to purchase, clothes seen on mannequins are further detailed in its own technological touchpoint.
Nail Bar.
Consumers can complete their look by having a print from the fashion collection on their nails.
They can also access SM boards to customize their nail experience and be inspired.
Organic coffee place.
Shoppers may take a break and without leaving the store, they can have a coffee or a snack and
continue to have a fashion experience.
Sound proof boots.
This space gives the opportunity to have a rest from the noise of the outside world and concentrate in the experience of enjoying a nice coffee. 
Lifestyle area
The purpose is to feature selected fashion literature, music and artwork.
It also showcases limited edition garments.
Reading cubicles
To reinforce the lifestyle area, cubicles with selected fashion content are featured.
The objective is to position the store as a fashion temple. A place where consumers live and breathe style, trends and innovation.
