Likha Cosmetics: Kolor Kream
Likha Cosmetics is a local cosmetics brand that aims to capture the beauty, strength and uniqueness of the modern day Filipina. They celebrate the difference of each individual and believe that makeup is a tool for creative expression.
The challenge was to create a brand new cream liner collection that incorporated whimsicality and bold colors. The Kolor Kream Liner Collection draws inspiration from the enchanting Ibong Adarna in Filipino folklore with its colorful feathers.
The packaging is created minimal to draw focus on the brand and collection name, while the Ibong Adarna illustration functions as a visual center piece that ties the collection together. The Adarna illustration piece is drawn in an abstract form with a winged eye. We wanted to create a different iteration of the Adarna altogether while keeping the style modern and chique.
The collection has seven creamy, vibrant shades with an irresistible matte-finish. It's a multi-use product with a long-wearing formula that's water-resistant and smudge proof. Each liner represents the different shades the Ibong Adarna possesses.
