Tambu Convertible Heels

High heels can be painful. To solve this problem, I developed convertible heels and co-founded Tambu, a footwear startup. As the CEO, I led the innovation journey from conceptualization and prototyping to go-to-market strategy. This included reducing prototyping costs by 70% through 3D printing, conducting exhaustive product trials focusing on material, user experience, durability, and design, assembling a team of designers and engineers, securing funding through proposal writing and pitching, and formulating a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, all within the constraints of a $12K budget. Our endeavor received recognition from prestigious institutions, including MIT, Brandeis University, and MassChallenge.

*Currently on pause. Looking for the right co-founder to resume operations.
