Design Intention
The design intention is to infuse the essence of local culture which is represented by the architecture of a shophouse with the rich cultural background of the client to celebrate the heritage of both the site and client in a lively and vibrant way. Emphasis is given on the conference room which is located in the middle of the office area to symbolize the air-well area of old shophouse.
