COLOR TREND
This project explores basic pattern designs while experimenting with color combinations. Mainly divided into two different section: first is to use basic patterns and apply various color ways that suits a fashion brand, second is to come up with an original pattern design base on the given theme.

FENDI
Colors applied for the Fendi collection is inspired by the brand's innovative and forward-thinking designs with a mix of its subtle and rich origin. Taking sample colors from the retail interior and their recent fashion collection.
CONCEPTUAL PATTERNS
Design based on basic patterns (ex.Check, Polkadot, Plaid, Stripes) while adding a twist to the form to convey a theme. Colors are also used to communicate and enhance the concept.
DIAMOND POINT (Hounds Tooth)_Creating sharp, angular shape that mimics a diamond.
DIAMOND POINT (Check)_Form of patter is designed base on the chemical diamond structure.
CONTAMINATED FLORAL (Dot)_Inspired by Echo Park in Silver Lake (Los Angeles, CA).
POPS, BLOOMS, BOMBS (Stripe)_A literal visual representation of the name. The nonsense of the concept is expressed by the abstracted florals and colors that creates illusion.
RIOT CLASSIC (Macleod Plaid)_Taking one of the most basic/classic pattern and adding a twist in the texture of the line as a way to express the feel of 'riot'.
MALIBU MAYHEM (Pencil Stripe)_Inspired by the chaotic traffic situation that occurs in Highway 1 (Malibu).
TECH MAYHEM (Serpentine Stripe)_Visualizing the chaotic situation of having intertwining cables.
TECH MAYHEM (Bengal Stripe)_Pattern is inspired by those stressful encounters of experiencing multiple tab windows opened on your desktop from computer virus.
URBAN GLITCH (Royal Urban Plaid)_Form is inspired by the districts of urban cities, while the color expresses the urban night life with its neon lights.
