When you open any vector file, you can move objects in the template by removing the clipping mask Object - Clipping Mask - Release and then, ungroup the layer Object - Ungroup ALT + Ctrl + 7 Shift + Ctrl + G.

If you need to change colors, it's better to do it in TIF format. Open it in Photoshop and in the panel for changing colors "Selective Color Correction", you can change all the ways and varieties of colors. You can also do "Color Balance" and "Hue/Saturation" in the toolbar in Photoshop in the top "Images" tab. Use the layer blending modes, or if you're happy with how the colors have changed, for example, the flowers, but the color of the leaves hasn't changed as you'd like, duplicate the drawing layer, experiment with color correction again, and then erase the flowers with the Eraser tool, leaving the leaves unchanged.
