Ease is a local digital health startup focused on making access to sensitive health services such as birth control, emergency contraception and sexual health consultations more convenient, affordable and discreet. (Vulcan, 2020)
For this photoshoot, Ease requested for product only photos (above) and photos of models posing with their products (below).
The models were cast by This Projective. The process involved discussing the talent descriptions with Ease, shortlisting applicants, and a test shoot to better gauge each model's suitableness and comfort level in front of the camera.
The final photos were delivered on a transparent background, which allowed Ease to customize the photos’ background colour. This was useful when the photos were published on third party sites, such as The Straits Times, ELLE Magazine, and Men's Folio.
