RISE Through the Glass Ceiling

Completed May 2021, RISE Through the Glass Ceiling was a RISE TO project done by Cohort 7, under the Apathy is Boring initiative. Looking to connect youth with BIPOC professionals for networking and mentorship advice, they published a handbook that we designed and illustrated for.
We made the branding for RISE revolve around bold colours and organic shapes to align with Cohort 7's vision.
When illustrating for the handbook and social media, we focused on making diverse, gender-neutral persons and pop culture references for their younger target audience.
Part of the initiative included a handbook that offered advice on finding and navigating mentorships, we organized the layout and created the illustrations while Cohort 7 provided the content. 
To promote their launch, Meet and Greet event, and handbook, we created the layouts for their Instagram account.
