ORU is a Japanese design-inspired wearable art that utilizes unique and ornate aesthetic to highlight individuality while still maintaining purpose and functionality. Oh fe is a conscious stationery design studio based in Jakarta. The idea was to make an affordable collection in the pandemic season. In the past months, the world has experienced life in quarantine. We are adjusting to the new normal, triggering deep emotions within us we might not have realized.

They can be positive which are paramount to keep and convey, especially now. This collection highlights such emotion that we discover within ourselves and with others in the quarantine life.

The Self-Love Scarf
Self-love is fundamental to be embraced daily, yet it is often overlooked. It is a profound state of emotion, where one truly appreciates and accepts oneself - the good, the bad and the ugly. It is also about knowing yourself, as said by Carl Jung: "Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." When you love yourself, you will have deeper compassion for others. In the new normal, we are faced with changes and challenges. We might feel like we are losing ourselves as our routine is taken away from us. Just like how the woman on the scarf is happily hugging herself tightly in a mirror effect, we should always practice self-love.
Having time for yourself is important - whether it's exercising, listening to your favorite song or even the ultimate luxury of doing nothing. It will make you happy and keep you sane, especially during the quarantine life. Sometimes all you need is a good book, glass of wine and some peace and quiet to achieve serenity.

The Togetherness Bucket Bag
Living the quarantine life can be very lonely and depressing. You miss seeing your loved ones and spending time with them. Adjusting to the new normal also has not been easy, as we still need to maintain physical distancing with others. It can be very challenging to some. So it's important to check in with your family and friends - let them know that you are thinking of them or to simply have some laughs together. Sometimes all you need is knowing that someone is there for you - just like these ladies cheering each other up through music.
Thank You!
