Hello Band Students and Parents,
Here is some information regarding our upcoming Pep Band performances:
Football Pep Band: Thursday, April 1st
Next Thursday, April 1st, is our first home football game, and the pep band will be playing!
Arrival: 6:15 p.m at door 14.
What to wear: We will be playing outside on the track, so dress for the weather: school colors and no uniforms.
Departure: Students will be able to be picked up at 7:15 p.m.
Other info: Unfortunately, band parents are unable to attend this performance.
Some students were concerned that a practice or game would interfere with this performance. We just spoke with Mr. Hein, and all practices will be completed by the performance time, and there are no other school games/meets that evening.
Students who will be gone on vacation during Spring Break have already let us know they will not be able to attend.
Volleyball Pep Band: Thursday, April 8th: Required
On Thursday, April 8th, there is a home volleyball game that the pep band students will be playing at as well.
Arrival: 6:20 p.m. at door 14, and will be playing in the field house.
What to wear: Come as you are and wear school colors.
Departure: Students will need to be picked up at 7:20 p.m.
Other info: There is a possibility that parents will be able to attend this performance, but more information will come soon.

Email regarding uniform fees:
Hello Band Parents,
As you may know, students in band are required to pay a $15 uniform fee at the beginning of each year. However, because of COVID restrictions, the students are not able to use uniforms this year. Mr. Heinen feels it is unfair to charge the students $15 for uniforms they will not be using, so the fee should be reimbursed.
For those who have already paid, the $15 will be credited to their student account and applied to any current charges. If there are no charges on the student account, the parent will receive a check at the end of the year. If you have not yet paid the uniform fee, you do not need to do so.
