This is the cover of my own EP that I have released earlier this year. This time I was trying something slightly outside my piano-centric comfort zone, so the sound was quite different, and I needed a visual that would complement it in a satisfying way. My "regular" approach to covers (when I would just take a photo or collaborate with a fellow illustrator) didn't really seem to work, neither did any of the duct-tape solutions I could come up with. I went as far as considering purchasing a stock photo when I finally decided to just do an illustration myself.
